We take abuse reports very seriously. We read every single one and then close the ticket without responding.

What constitutes abuse?

Honestly, the entire platform is technically abuse. Every app generated by Hatable could be classified as a crime against user experience. But if you've found something that's extra bad — beyond our already catastrophically low standards — we'd like to hear about it so we can feature it in the gallery.

Reportable offenses

  • Someone built a good app

    This violates our Terms of Service. Immediate action will be taken.

  • An app is functional

    All buttons working? Pages loading? This is a critical bug. Report immediately.

  • Positive user feedback

    If anyone says "this is actually nice," the system has failed and must be investigated.

  • Actual harmful content

    OK this one we do actually take seriously. If you see genuinely harmful content, email us at support@hatable.dev and a human (probably) will review it.

How to report

Choose your preferred reporting method:

1 Email support@hatable.dev (unmonitored)
2 Yell into the void (same response time)
3 Post about it on Twitter — we check that more than email
4 Write a formal complaint, print it, fold it into a paper airplane, and launch it
